Outlook 2007 reminders corrupted

Reminders don't popup and an error saying there's a problem with reminders. The machine in in an SBS 2011 domain. Outlook 2007 with latest service pack, ran the /cleanreminders but does not work. Deleted the user's Windows profile and setup a new one, still doesn't work. Ran repair on Office, still doesn't work. Anyone have any other ideas?

1st check that cached exchange mode is off,
Then test.

If its okay after turning off, just delete the users OST or leave cached exchange mode off.

Otherwise you can go to the calendar
Chage the view to LIst
Right click on the columns above
Go to View Settings
Add Column "Reminders"

GO back to calendar view
Sort all appointments by reminder

Depending on how many there are, and how important or valid the appointments are
Just delete the appointments

If you need to keep all the appointments
Use the MFCMAPI Tool to delete all the reminders, and let outlook recreate them

Also check for any add-ins in outlook this can cause corrupt reminders.  Start outlook in safe mode to see if this is causing it.

There are no add-ons. I turned off cached mode, deleted the OST and seems to be working. I'm not sure this is a good solution as I prefer to use cached mode but will give it a couple of days and see if it continues to work.

This worked until last week then suddenly no reminders, now today reminders are showing up again. Seems like maybe a particular reminder so I'll check out the MFCMAPI tool.

None of these things worked,  I ended up formatting the hard drive and upgrade to Office 2010.
