Windows Minimize control

I have ONE user in one application that when they are working in the application and go to the print function to print out the documents.....The window will automatically minimize.   It is more of an annoyance that anything.    What controls this type of behavior?

so just one user try the affected pc with a new user and see if they get the same as that will point to a machine problem if it doesn't it suggests its profile based

Will post back when we try that.    It doesnt happen 100% of the time, so will try to test tomorrow.

Tried new profile and it still happens occasionally.   But just to one user.
