Library not registered Error in Internet Explorer 8

Hi Experts,

Can you point me in the right direction regarding this error one of my users is getting (Please see attached screen shot)

Any ideas how we can resolve this, I've tried resetting IE but that hasn't helped.

According to Microsoft, this is caused by a scripting issue. Their solution is to either re-install scripting or to re-register all the dll's. You could try both to see if either works. You can download the scripting agent at the link below. That page also contains a "Fix-it for me" that will re-register the scripting dll's for you.

You want windows scripting 5.7 for XP

together with resetting IE I suspect the above resolved my issue
