trying to update certain files from the repository instead of all,

so did try to find files by right-clicking the checkout folder and look for repo-browser,
it list out all the files,
the prob is when click on one certain file, couldnt find 'Update' option, but only 'Check-out' option,
are they the same, advise if am wrong.

Checkout and update are different functions.

You can use Update to revision menu under repo browser.

use HEAD revision if you want the latest or use the desired revision.
