Hey, I have a failed full backup in backup exec with this error:

Backup- \\"server"\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Access denied to file "users mailbox"¿Top of Information Store¿Inbox¿
&
 "company files"

Backup exec 10d. on Windows server 2003. SP2.

I'm brand new to backup exec with really no experience and I need to learn it all.

I have checked out google, but symantec's website is a pain in the butt for details and steps to fix things.
