Outlook 2007 on a network using Exchange on a SBS 2008

Almost all of my inbound emails are coming in plain text versus the HTML or rich text version so the font is strange and very plain.  Where should I look at settings for that?

Hello,

This link should be of some assistance.  It covers Exchange 2003, but the settings should also apply on later versions.  Where is says Exchange System Manager, that is now called Exchange Management Console in later versions.
