Outlook 2007 on a network using Exchange on a SBS 2008

Almost all of my inbound emails are coming in plain text versus the HTML or rich text version so the font is strange and very plain.  Where should I look at settings for that?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hello,

This link should be of some assistance.  It covers Exchange 2003, but the settings should also apply on later versions.  Where is says Exchange System Manager, that is now called Exchange Management Console in later versions.
