one of my user has a workstation running windows 7 and IE 9

while navigating on some sites, it suddenly says IE needs to close, unexpected error came up

and the web page suddenly doesn't close but reopens afresh

its automatically restarting IE with the same windows/tabs open that it has when the message popped up.  Does the same thing for me - its a feature.  

Are you looking to change this behavior?

It says IE stopped working windows need to close the program

right, so windows does close the program (IE) and then it restarts IE and has IE reopen any web pages you had open in the browser prior to it being closed - the goal being to get you back to what you were doing as quickly as possible
