Outlook Express Imap error

I am trying to connect OE to several mail servers but always get the same error.
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 143
   Secure(SSL): 0
   Code: 800ccc0e
I have tried most combination of settings.

Bit more info here may help

What are the mail servers? Ar these Exhcange Mail Servers?
Are these POP/IMAP Mailservers ONline i.e. Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, ect ect

These are Exchange 2010 for 1 email and I don't know the others. But they are all IMAP and I have used theme before...

If connecting to Exchange 2010

Any particular reason why not using Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010?

Problem solved. I was behind CCproxy and had to use other ports (143=10143 and 25=10025)

But why cant Outlook just tell us that we are using no good ports instead of complex error number ?
