How can I optimize my videos to load faster?

I have video's hosted in my site and not sure why it takes long time to load. Can anyone suggest how can I improve to load faster the video's??? give your suggestions please?

Which protocol do you use to load/stream the video?

It takes less than a minute to download your video from that link so I guess the speed is ok.

Try to use handbrake (http://handbrake.fr/downloads.php) to convert video to mp4 to see if it can help
