currently have Testing Folder called TestABC in testing server (192.168.2.122),
have already hosted a Virtual Directory and having called FolderABC as alias and pointing to TestABC folder,

on the client pc, by typing http://192.168.2.122/TesstABC/FirstPage.aspx

it seems that it does not appear the page in browser, error:
500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

(have already installed .net 4.0 framework)

try this
http://192.168.2.122/FolderABC/FirstPage.aspx

in the url, the alias name is used not the actual folder name for the security reasons.
