some of HTTPS sites are not opening with Google Chrome..

I created an ISA Access rule to open HTTP & HTTPS sites to all these users. but it doesn't work on Chrome.

It shows  the error 101(net: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET) The connection was reset

Never touched Chrome - do the sites work OK with other browsers such as IE?
Have you configured Chrome to use the proxy settings to match the ISA ip/proxy port number?

These sites are working are now with Mozilla after changing the value of  "Security.SSL.Allow_Unrestricted_renego" to True

In Chrome The ISA and port numbers are same..

Just bear in mind that ISA only allows https over port 443. If you need to add additional port numbers outside of 443 (such as for some banking sites etc) you need to use the ISA_TPR.js file which you can get from www.isatools.org. It;s true name is the ISA tunnel Port Extender.

it is working Mozilla after changing the SSL restriction. Therefore you can close the case
