Aggregate in SSRS reports

Hi,

I am trying to calculate Avg value by  Machine and by operator and by Color as shown in attached image. i am using Avg([NormSpeed]) but its showing me error in the column cell "#Error"

Issue solved By using expression  =Avg(CDec(Fields!.NormSpeed.value))
