Citrix Colour Rate ( poor quality )

Experts,

I have a user that connects to citrix using his living room TV via a pc.

Please see attached a screenshot of the poor quality of the image. Can this be changed in the settings ? He is using the latest version of Citrix Client.

Please advise.

you can check the session-settings from xenApp Console / accessConsole while the session is active.
possible the video-card select a bad resolution while connected with the TV.
This settings are negotiated while creating the session and you should look to the result.

Hi Dkotte,

I can see that the session chooses 24bit True Colour. I cant see where to change this ?

Hi,
24Bit are OK. (with 32 Bit only the transparency feature are added in the future)
can you please take a look to the negoziated screen-resolution?
