Mac Parallels error

Anyone know how to address this pop-up: " "Default Windows Audio Device is either missing or not connected properly. Please reconnect it and press OK."  I am running Parallels with Win 7 on a new MacBook Pro.  Thanks.

Have you installed the Parallels tools?

Even if you have, you may want to reinstall.
