Email that has been sent disappears from Sent Folder
We use Microsoft Online Services (BPOS) for our Exchange services and soon to migrate to Office 365.
I have a user who has problems with sent email. When user sends an email, it doesn't show in the Sent Folder. This happens in Outlook 2010 and in OWA. There are no viewing settings, all is default as I created a new profile on a new computer for the user.
