is there a default distribution list for all active dir. users in SBS 2003?

As the title says, Is there a built in distribution list so I can send internal emails to all active directory users?

Should be.. usually it is called company_name or domain_name.  If not, easy enough to create one and add every user.

I see contact@companyname.com, is that it?  It does not appear to be able to receive email from outside the orgainzation, that needs to be specified when the account was created?
