Migrate Documents from WSS to Sharepoint 2010 with Versioning

How can i migrate documents from WSS environment to SharePoint 2010 environment with versioning.

Is there any tools available..?

You can do it for free if you dont mind getting your hands dirty (in the techy sense) by copying the content database and attaching it to SharePoint 2010.


If you can spare a few hundred bucks and want to do it the easier way, consider this tool;

what about migrating comments in a discussion board from 2007 to 2010.
is there any tool that migrate the comments with metadata such as datetime and user who posted that comment

Not seen that specific requirement before, but you could try saving it as a template with content in the first instance.

Beyond that, it's just a list at the end of the day so any decent migration tool should handle it.
