I am creating a network address object assigned to the VPN zone. The network is 10.0.3.0 and the netmask I am using is 255.255.254.0. The other network is configured as 10.0.3.3/23 so I am just trying to match it. When I create the address object it says "invalid netmask"

I have another address object that is similar, it is 10.0.0.0 with a netmask of 255.255.254.0 and it works.

The network for that mask would actually be 10.0.2.0, I suggest you check your subnet calculations and other device configs if that is in production.
