It's attempting to find whatever it can because it cannot use the .nk2 file. I had an issue like this with a user a while ago. We have a user on a new PC with Outlook 2010. &nbsp;We imported her nk2 to the new system as 2010 doesnt use nk2 files. &nbsp;All her recent contacts are there, GAL is showing up as well.<br />
