I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

do you have domain? workgroup?
what about the screenshot?
if the user is able to login only on one PC it might be this PC uses his/her cached credentials. If this is a domain check in AD if account is active (not disabled or locked), or try to reset his/her password.

Could you please check the size of the user's Roaming profile in server copy and reduce it by moving user's documents to another location. Also check this user have the full permission to his/her profile in server location where your roaming profiles are mapped.

Thanks
