User can not log in

I have use can not log in to another pc and i attached the error for your reference ,please help

do you have domain? workgroup?
what about the screenshot?
if the user is able to login only on one PC it might be this PC uses his/her cached credentials. If this is a domain check in AD if account is active (not disabled or locked), or try to reset his/her password.

Could you please check the size of the user's Roaming profile in server copy and reduce it by moving user's documents to another location. Also check this user have the full permission to his/her profile in server location where your roaming profiles are mapped.
