File Upload with a Single Click

Hello experts,

I want to upload a file but don't want to use browse button. I will be  having only one button saying Select My Picture and on the click of it the file dialog will open, from where I will select the file, after the file is selected, I want to show the progress bar that file is uploading now.

so the main problem is that on the click of Select My Picture, I want to select and submit the file to the Server.

Please note that I can not use the Flash Button as per requirement.

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
