VB 6 RUN-TIME ERROR -2147217864

i have form having data combo and text and numeric fields, when i trying to save data it gives me error no. -2147217864. i have check all control and values are correct. what could be the problem.

remove the default value from the database column

if gpizzuto's suggestion doesn't work, you really need to capture the error description.

The error number you've posted indicates a DB error - not really a VB6 runtime error.  Most DB's will give fairly specific error messages regarding which field they're complaining about.

I have remove all data combo and reinserted in form. then it move correct values to data-bound.text. Before updating database record i also move data column to data combo data-bound.text. now it is working fine. thanks lot.
