Is there a way, with PHP to scan all twitter feeds for a specific keyword?

For instance, i want to scan all twitter feeds and find any feed that mentions "Swine Flu".

Can you give me a rough idea of the process I would need to setup to accomplish this?

I was looking something that would do multi word or a phrase search and then I wanted to store the returns in my database
