outlook prompting logon after password change

after SOME users change their passwords, outlook 2010 keeps promting the logon box. They put password in and it keeps prompting. Even after a outlook profile rebuild its happening. Any ideas

Are these laptop users?

yes some users not all. The ones having the issues are on the network w/ laptops..

Have seen similar issues before

Have the user connect laptop directly to networlk and log onto domain
OPen their outlook
Turn off cached Exchange mode

Go into Active Directory
Set their account to change password on next logon

Check to see if they have aromaing profile setup
If they do, turn it off for now.

Now have the user log off and back on
Have them change their password at the prompt
Then go into outlook

Do they still get prompted for password?
