Asp.Net web application is offline Error

Hi Everyone

When I run my asp.net application, get this error.
 "This application is currently offline. To enable the application, remove the app_offline.htm file from the application root directory".

Does this file exist in your application root, app_offline.htm?  If so delete it and your app should start working again.
