Installing SQL Serv 2008 R2 Service Pack 1

I see SQL Serv 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 is listed as optional AND I see SQL Serv 2008 Service Pack 3 listed as optional. But the SP3 seems to be for SQL Server 2008, not R2.

Should I ignore SP3 and just install SQL Serv 2008 R2 Service Pack 1?

Thanks.
