With a NEC DSX80 how can I change it that the IVR will pickup right away?

I have a NEC DSX80.

How can I change it that the IVR will pickup right away?

Also where in the v2 software is the option to modify what the IVR choices are?

I believe you are talking about the auto attendant features.
You would use immediate forwarding to get an assigned line or DID extension to ring promptly for pickup.
To change the menu choices, see the attached, starting about page 436.  Forms are in the back, too.

Thank you, but I dont want it to wring directly for pick up, I want it to go directly to the auto attendent.

Understood - you forward the extension to the pilot number for the voice mail and create an auto attendant in the VM programming for the exention number.  Then the calls will be "picked up" (answered) by the voice mail system and will play the auto attendant greeting message.  With the programming associated with the menu choices you control the subsequent processes.

Pickup was a poor choice of words, sorry.
