Create new keyboard shortcut / mapping for a character

Recently, a new character is released for Turkish Lira. Is it possible to create a keyboard shortcut for this character, i.e. AltGr+T show this character.

You can use autohotkey:

I hope you have this symbol in your fonts. If no - you should at first add it with Private character editor:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_Character_Editor
