How did you reset the defaults? With SPD? Did you try to manually point from SPD to the standard forms? How do you get to these forms? Did you do any modifications to the list views?

Hi ,
thanks for your help , yes using SPD i make Standard forms as default but always i have the infopath forms , notice that this issue appear only with document library and not with customList.

I found the solution , Go to SharePoint designer --> documentLibrary --> select your content type --> edit content type , you should see in top right the url of DispForm , EditForm and NewForm( editifs in my case because of infopath ) change them and make your appropriate url.
