I have the latest version of Adobe reader installed, but all the fonts do not appear in high resolution and not clear. &nbsp;Any idea what can be changed in the settings?

I have the latest version of Adobe reader installed, but all the fonts do not appear in high resolution and not clear.  Any idea what can be changed in the settings?
