We are being audited by Microsoft next month.  Does anyone know of a good consulting firm for this?  We are based in Minnesota.

Thank you.

Why you need any help? This audit is standard procedure: you will receive Excel file with questions about bought and used licenses. Corporate licenses will be already included (sometimes with errors). You should answer questions and send file back. It will be checked and you'll receive it back. If there will be questions, you should answer. In 2-5 iterations you will have list with shortage or excess of licenses for all used products.
