We moved servers and are trying to get the autocomplete to work.
We do not have nk2 files because we were using outlook 2010.
Is there a way to get the autocomplete to work?

For Exchange 2010 - autocomplete is stored in your mailbox not on any client.

A friend of mine wrote a really good blog about this, please read it.
