I'm embarrassed to admit it but when I ran your suggested command bigeven2002 it gave me a message that the object already exists. &nbsp;I had left my test machine up with an identical IP address. &nbsp;As soon as I changed the address to a .101 it worked fine. &nbsp;Thanks for that netsh, that is pretty handy!

Hi all,<br />

I have assigned a second network card to a guest server. &nbsp;When I log on to the server the second nic shows up but when I assign an IP address to it ... it doesn't stick. &nbsp;See the attached photos showing the windows assignment and the command line ipconfig.<br />
<br />
Any thoughts on why the ip address won't stick???<br />

Hi all,
