Hello,
My appointment display in the email section has stopped displaying.  We have changed the view settings and clicked on the "Reset View" but it still shows "no upcoming appointments.
Any suggestions?

Try starting outlook via the Run window (Win+R) with a couple of switches:
outlook /resetnavpane
outlook /cleanviews
outlook /cleanreminders

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

@ gfunny - its always best to "check the power cord" before trying to "debug the electrical grid"

by: bigeven2002 - tried these commands and they did not help.
by: l33tf0b - how does one create a profile?
By the way, IT is looking into this as well :)   We might have to reinstall Outlook.

control panel > mail > profiles > add

configure it again and test to see if issue persists.

I doubt reinstalling Outlook will fix this issue.  Worst case scenario, IT may have to backup your data, delete and re-add your windows user profile to the computer if l33tf0b's suggestion does not work.
