Does anyone have a powershell script that shows unique permissions for all site collections, sites, lists and libraries in SharePoint 2010?

There are some errors with this script.  Also, I have a new migration and this script will not show some users unless they have already visited the site.

If you're iterating SharePoint then usually users have to have visited the site yes.
