I received this message sometimes when I use OWA from Firefox 10 and really is very annoying:

Message: 'g_oSnd' is null or not an object

You can find the entire message of the error attached.

Do you know how to fix it?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Frank,
So far it looks like your idea of re-creating the OwaVirtualDirectory has solved the problem.
Thank You

This was also happening with one user in my office running Vista x64 (except he was using IE9). Resetting IE to default from the 'Advanced' tab under the 'Internet Options' menu resolved the error.
