Cisco SGE2010 Firmware Upgrade Procedure

For the life of me...I cannot find the procedure to upgrade the firmware in my SGE2010 switch. I can download the file to the switch via the web interface, but after it's done, what do I do? It says it successfully copied the firmware image and then it takes me back to the main page...I'm stuck. This thing is acting up and I'd like to upgrade the firmware before I scrap it. Any thoughts?

When you say 'acting up', what do you mean. List some behaviors if possible, Thanks!

I paid 12 bucks for no f*cking answer???  What a rip off.  How is a question given 500 pts for as if it's an answer?
