Upgrade our old Crystal Enterprise and Crystal Reports to which current SAP products?

I have been to SAP's website, and have found it difficult to determine the replacement software we need to upgrade our current Crystal Enterprise and Crystal Reports to.

Currently we have several hundred Crystal 8.5 reports running under Crystal Enterprise 8.5 (CE).  We use CE to automatically schedule/generate these reports and either email or place them in a specific network file folder.  We have a five concurrent user license for CE.

We also have several thousand Crystal 10 reports (produce documents) that are automatically generated by .NET C#.

QUESTIONS:
1) What are the latest versions and software names of the SAP products that would replace our current Crystal Enterprise and Crystal Reports?
2) Can our Crystal Enterprise 8.5 Settings be imported into the new version?
3) Can our current Crystal 8.5 and/or 10 reports be imported to the new version?

Thanks in advance,

The current versions are

Crsytal Reports Server 2008 or 2011

Business Objects XI v3.1 or v4.0

You probably need to look at the server to see if it meets your needs.

There are other report scheduling tools available at
