Quick Search engine with .NET?

I have a database Access with ~1.000.000 record, ~1GByte data
Include only text Unicode (legal documents)

I want to intergrate a Search Enzine in my proram (Write on C#)
to quick search on subject , body of documents

(I try Full Text search and Like statment with SQL, but it can not search quicly)

What about a good search enzine with .NET (C#)?

What kind of search you believe are slow.  I have Full Text deployed on tables that have several billions rows but return full text search in less than 200 ms no matter how many words are included in the CONTAINS clause.

What kind of speed are you looking for ?

I am confused.  Are you using an MS Access database or MS SQL Server with an MS Access front-end?
