Quick Search engine with .NET?

I have a database Access with ~1.000.000 record, ~1GByte data
Include only text Unicode (legal documents)

I want to intergrate a Search Enzine in my proram (Write on C#)
to quick search on subject , body of documents

(I try Full Text search and Like statment with SQL, but it can not search quicly)

What about a good search enzine with .NET (C#)?

Thank you!

What kind of speed are you looking for ?
