Arcserve cataluge media

I am recovering from a disaster. I have backup my exchange and sql server via CA exchange and sql agents. How do I catalogue the media to see what is in it and restore the exchange and sql?

Merging Media into the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Database
You can merge media, which needs to be in native BrightStor ARCserve Backup format, using the following steps:

Select the Merge icon from the BrightStor ARCserve Backup server's home page. All Merge operations start from the Merge Manager window.

Specify the media you want to merge. Media currently loaded in each device is displayed under each device group, when each group is expanded. If the media you want to merge is not currently in a device, enter the name of the media you want in the Media Name field.

Indicate whether you are merging all information from the media or only from a specific session.

If you want to merge all information from the media, select the All Session option. By default, BrightStor ARCserve Backup merges only the first sequence on any given media or set of media. To merge all data on the currently loaded media, select Current Media in Drive.

If you know the sessions you want to merge, select the Range option and specify the session or range of sessions. If you do not know the session number, you can use the Scan Manager to list the contents of the media, including all session numbers. See The Scan Manager for more information.

Alternatively, you can use the Media Name field to enter the name of media not currently loaded. BrightStor ARCserve Backup prompts you for the media before the merge job runs.

Select the Submit button to run the job. The result of the merge job is displayed in the Job Status Job Log, and the Activity Log file. Both of these log files are viewed with the Report Manager.
