Per the attached, my Mozilla Firefox toolbar has changed. More specifically:

1. The Tool menu item is missing therefore I cannot set my home page.
2. The toolbar is now a drop down menu rather than expanding across the top of the browser screen.

What can I do to get it restored back to the traditional horizontal look and how can I get the Tool menu item restored?
