ie 9 prompts me when I drag and drop image to the desktop

I do not want to be prompted
and right click -> save image
takes too much time

Well, just so you know if you drag and drop an image from IE to your Desktop, it's just going to create a shortcut to the image. right click - save image will put the actual file on your computer. There's a difference.
