sql2008 encryption algorithm

Following below are encryption available for db mirroring use in sql2008. I wonder which one of these are provide very strong  to the least encryption? I heard that using strong encryption will use a lot of cpu resources, so I'm thinking to use the most suitable for our environment.

 [ALGORITHM { RC4 | AES | AES RC4 | RC4 AES } ]

yes, you are right about CPU resources...
