I have crashes in my w3wp process in IIS7.

Messages:
A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' terminated unexpectedly. The process exit code was '0xff'.

And after a few of those:
A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The data field contains the error number.

What is the approach to analyze such failures and which tool should I use?
