We are working on RMTSHARE commands to create shares and assign right permissions using commands. I faced an issue which is states that RMTSHARE Stopped working as you see in the attachment. I noticed that I got this problem when the command has more than 10 users’ rights.

I am using windows 2008 server 32 bit.

Please advice

Since rmtshare is no longer supported by Microsoft, I'd rather use something like powershell

i.e. http://powershell.com/cs/media/p/2535.aspx

Also in general its good practice to leave the share permissions to Everyone:Full and control the access with NTFS permissions only
