Another login account for separate domain name

Hi

We have a 2008 windows domain with 80 users, we have opened a separate company under a different domain name, I have created email addresses under the new domain name on our exchange server, what I would also like to do is have different login accounts for the ten new users under the new domain name but logging in to our server, can I create a a user group under a new domain name on our server,
So if our server is called ex.test.org.uk and our 80 users login to this domain can I create another user group under iwish.co.uk and let 10 users login to it even though it will be a ex.test.org.uk server? And if I can how would I go about doing it.
Many thanks in advance of any help or comments

You shall follow two options,

either create a domain in a separate forest and name it iwish.co.uk or create a domain iwish.org.uk under the existing forest.

If you create a separate forest then you have to create forest trust relationship and via universal group let the user have access to resources.

Also apart from the discussion its not recommended to use the internet naming for internal domain unless its absolutely required.
