Application log generated Error Event 454

We have checked machine continously generating Application error Event 454  following are the details
Log: Application
Type: Error
Event: 454
Source: ESE
Category: Logging/Recovery
Description: Microsoft.Exchange.Cluster.ReplayService (5408) Recovery E00 \First Storage Group: Database recovery/restore failed with unexpected error -566.

While reviewing the exchange server status found the first and storage group are mounted the the copy status for firststorage group is in failed state
We have tried to suspended and resume the database to make it healthy but it failed again after some period and event 454 is generating continously on machine

Is that a ccr, where a passive copy is in failed state and you are getting the error message?

If there is no problem with the active copy, and this error message is in passive server then perform a reseeding on the first storage group.

Make sure you are updating the passive copy by deleting the existing files. inform if any details needed
