outlook 2007 mail
one of my clients are trying to located some old mails sent to an external user... these mails where sent somewhere around April 2011.
outlook client is connected to exchange and there's really little one can do from the server side since this mail wasn't deleted from user's side. Recover deleted items, no avail.
usually user mailboxes reaches a stage where they'll be ask to auto archive, etc... due to exceeding size limits. I've imported the archive pst file and we've manage to only recover one mail. I've search for these mails via various steps in outlook, no avail
do you guys perhaps have another method how one can located these mails. free tool or something.

i did import this file, went through the user's sent and deleted items... no avail. the inbox contains mails of 2009-2010 but no 2011
i did manage to get hold of one mail in sent items but still in need of another important one. do u know of any other methods or tools? there must be a way
