I have about 20 Skype contacts I want to share with a new hire.  Is it possible to export these contacts from Skype?  Or, is there a plain-text file in %ProgramFiles$\Skype or maybe somewhere in C:\Users\me\AppData that I can use?

Contacts > advanced > backup contacts to file.

Same procedure for restoration. you will find restore option next to it.
