i have an html page, i need to locate a flash movie rght side after a table who contain text.

You have to "float" the table, like this:

<table width="489" border="1" style="float:left;">

If this isn't enough, float the flash object also. Put this in the style section of your page:

#FlashID2 {float:left;}
